H BEAM Assembly-weld-straighten combined machine

Traditional H-beam welding production line: the area of production site is about 4500 square meters.
Assembly welding and straightening machine: the production area is more than 1600 square meters, which is equivalent to the area occupied by one assembling machine.

Traditional welding production line of H-beam: 1 assembling machine, 2 gantry welding machines, 1 straightening machine and 4 equipment, with 5-6 continuous production personnel (2 assembling machines, 2 gantry welding machines, 1-2 straightening machines).
Assembly welding and straightening machine: 1-2 persons for operation.

Traditional welding production line: the qualified rate is about 30%.
Assembly welding and straightening machine: the qualified rate is about 90%.

Traditional welding production line: (1 assembly machine, 2 gantry welding machine, 1 straightening machine) the total power is about 250KW, the coefficient is about 0.8, and the power consumption is about 2000 kwh / day.
Assembly welding and straightening machine: the total power is 125KW, the working hours per day is 10 hours, the coefficient is about 08, and the power consumption is about 1000 kwh / day
(5)Automatic model adjustment
Traditional welding production line: when the assembling machine and straightening machine are working, the wing plate and web plate need to be adjusted manually, which wastes time. For example, when the assembling machine works, each time H steel of different specifications is replaced, the equipment needs to be adjusted, and the normal and skilled operators also need about half an hour.
Assembly welding and straightening machine: model automatic adjustment, web, flange plate automatic reference alignment, convenient and fast.

Traditional welding production line: self purchase gantry welding guide rail, welding cable, w frame, etc. about 50000 rmb.
Assembly welding and straightening machine: it can be used by connecting power supply, without additional cost, convenient and fast, and saving cost.
