This model carries on the shipshape submerged arc welding to H section steel. Unilateral use of ac frequency conversion motor - frequency converter control drive, can achieve a wide range of speed, break through the contradiction between high speed and low speed in the air stroke. The beam is provided with a group of longitudinal moving device to drive the welding head; With mechanical gear, rack drive to adjust the head up and down around the position; Arc guide device composed of double spring mechanism and guide wheel, welding position is accurate, so the weld quality is high. Lateral movement is electric. The left and right fine tuning is manually adjusted on the guide arc frame, and the small range automatic tracking of the guide arc device is realized by using the spring resilience. All control cables, welding cables and air pipes are sent randomly through the pulley to ensure effective travel. Flux recovery system can hold up to 50Kg flux independently; The welding wire tray is equipped with a 200Kg welding wire tray frame, and the user can customize the welding wire tray below 200Kg.

24 hours timely response of mail and phone calls. If the parts broken belong to non-artificial factors within 12 months, we offer free replacement. If beyond 12 months, customers should bear the freight back and forth and accessories cost.
2. What other things also need after we bought your machines?
(1) With flame cutting: you just need to access to oxygen and fuel gas.
(2) With plasma cutting: need plasma power source and air compressor. You can match plasma power supply by yourself, or buy together with the cutter from us, it's optional. If you buy from us, we will connect the wires of plasma power source and CNC cutting machine together, then more conveniently to use.
