H beam gantry welding machine is special equipment for welding H steel. H beam gantry welding machine is driven with freqency con-verter and has digital linear speed indicator to make it run stably and reliably. H beam gantry welding machine is equipped with the three-shaft machinert-tracking arc guiding mechanism.
Technical process:
The machine adopts the ship-type submerged arc welding process, mechanical welding seam automatic tracking, welding flux automatically spread and recycle technology, and two H beam longitudinal seam automatic welding.
Optional:
1. Electronic or laser automatic seam tracking system to realize the welding of special-shaped parts and higher precision.
2. Mounted double wire or multi-wire welding system to achieve higher welding efficiency and better penetration.
